Decoding Lies, Body Language, and Hidden Truths
Hey Detective-in-the-Making,
O-kay, so while my NEW newsletter promises to be “FUN,” this time that will likely not be the case. See, every time I appear on COURT TV, I’ll be writing a SPECIAL EDITION of “In the DRIVER’S Seat.”
Last night I weighed in on a horrifying murder case with Vinnie Politan on COURT TV, and today, not surprisingly, there was a GUILTY VERDICT (after only an hour of deliberation)!
So grab a cup of tea or coffee, put your headset on if your kids are nearby, give them a 20-second hug and tell them you love them, and grab paper and a pencil to take notes. Then get comfortable and take a deep breathe as you get ready to journey into the dimly lit corridors of criminal investigations.
It’s in here where unsolved mysteries unfold in the shadows.
In this SPECIAL EDITION newsletter, join me as I decode the emotional complexities and deceptive layers while we unravel the chilling narratives of child abuse and murder in North Shore, Michagin.

Closing Arguments with Vinnie Politan on COURT TV: The Shanda Vander Ark Murder Trial
Last night, during my appearance on on “Closing Arguments” with Vinnie Politan, on COURT TV, I discussed a criminal case that has gripped public attention because it involves a homicide of a malnutrition 15-year-old boy with disabilities, Timothy Ferguson.
The case unfolded as the courtroom delved into the circumstances surrounding the murder, where everyone was seeking to uncover the truth behind this tragic event. The courtroom drama brought forth evidence, witnesses, and legal arguments, and today, they provided justice for Timothy and establish accountability for his accused killer - his mom, Shanda Vander Ark.
